Georgette truly has the best customer service I've ever experienced, and is very knowledgeable about dreads. I had a last minute appointment and she worked to fit me in her schedule. She is now my one stop shop for retwists. Georgette can do a clean line up and have you looking proper after a good retwist.

So let me tell you about the time that I was nearly an hour late for my appointment... It was just one of those days, the kind where it seems as if you're hit with one thing after the other. I felt absolutely terrible. But Georgette was really kind and understanding, especially because I anxiously kept her updated on my status until I arrived. She still did my hair. Times were desperate. I was attended a wedding as an usher and I had to look good. Finding last minute appointments is difficult, and she was my only hope. 90% of the time my dreadlocks grow wild, and it wouldn't cut it this time. I felt leaving beautiful.

Yesterday, November 27th, I went to Georgette for the second time. Don't worry, I was early this time around. She is a professional through and through and I didn't want a repeat of the last time. It was the first time that I ever did the interlocking method, and I am so glad that I did. My friend got her locks recently started with Georgette and the roots still look good despite having washed it many times now. When I used to palm roll the moment I washed my hair the roots would unravel.

Georgette did a wonderful job on my hair. She worked fast, meticulously, and was professional in her work. She really cares about hair care and is constantly on a quest to be even better at what she does. For her hair care is a craft that she takes seriously. If you are in her chair know that you will be well taken care of. And if you are in need of a listening ear and someone to vent to you will also have that, lol. I highly recommend her!
