  Excellent facility for quality physical therapy and for therapeutic massage. Six years ago, I had frozen shoulder, one followed by the other. The physical therapists there were outstanding and successfully worked with me to completely free the movement of both my shoulders, which still have full range of motion today. The staff are highly proficient, friendly, and motivating. Katrina is an outstanding massage therapist who has a healing touch and has assisted me in alleviating back pain and restoring health.

  I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience at Envision. Educated, personable therapists, true one on one care, family environment and an excellent rehab process. It made therapy sessions exciting and productive towards my recovery. I can’t thank them enough for being a key component in this process.

  Great organization. Everyone is friendly and caring. Assessment and treatment is thoughtful and thorough.

  Absolutely fantastic Physical Therapy Practice! The entire staff is extremely friendly and the therapists are always willing to give one-on-one attention to each and every patient! Would recommend to anyone! Stephanie Baker is phenomenal!

  Envision is absolutely the best hands down! I received physical therapy due to a workers comp injury. I sprained my Achilles' tendon and they took the time to help me heal and get me back to 100% and nothing less. I would recommend them to anyone. Love the therapist here as well. So personalable and caring. Miss you guys and thanks for all that you did for me!
