Bonnie is such a pleasure to talk with. She is very help and always willing to go above and beyond. I truly wish there were more customer service representatives like her. I would give her 10 stars if if it would let me.

Jenn Lee did a fantastic job solving & resolving the issues I was having with my debit card. She was able to print me out a new one on the same day. Jenn was very friendly, asking me how my day was, and we enjoyed some laughs together. She was very knowledgeable and just a joy all together.

I recently had to contact Addition Financial with a problem I encountered with the Send Money function. Fortunately for me the member support person who answered my call was Dayana. From the moment she picked up my call you got the sense she was truly listening. She asked questions I could answer to better help in understanding the situation. She is a patient and pleasant person. Once she determined IT needed to assist, she continued with the follow up until the issue was resolved. It took several days. Knowing others had problems who she probably assisted, she still followed through informing me of the progress. I can't begin to tell you how that made me feel. Others can learn much from her and I feel blessed she was the person who took my call. Thank you sweet lady
