Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I was really disappointed with Hand & Stone. I received a gift for a 1 hr massage. My appointment was at 6:30. I didn’t get seen till 6:45. I realized when I got in the car at 7:25 that I was shortchanged more than 20 minutes of my “50 actual massage” minutes. I felt like she shortchanged my time to make up for the fact that she was running late. All they were willing to do was offer me a free upgrade for the next time.

This location is phenomenal. Katrina was extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping me fix my account and getting me scheduled the same day! Not to mention how good the massages are. I Love this place. Highly recommended.

Luisa did a great job of relaxing me, I needed to get my shoulder massages. She asked before the session started what I needed. It was cold outside and everything was warmed up all toasty. Then she really focused in on the areas I needed.
