I've been on the program for a little over a week. I lost 5 lbs in my first four days. The meal plan was easy to follow and journaling helps. Kerem was a pleasure to work with and made me excited to get started. After trying so many things to loose weight over the years, l feel the accountability is needed by attending the weekly check ins. I'm determined to meet my goal!

I've been with them since July and I have lost so much weight. They really care about you and want to help you meet your goals. This place is amazing! You won't be disappointed. I was skeptical because of the diets and things I've tried over the years, but this isn't a diet. It's a lifestyle change and it really works. So far these people are the real deal. This is a scientific, highly controlled diet First week was hard but the staff was very supportive and helpful. There is always something on the list you can eat, usually stuff you normally eat just in smaller portions and less condiments. The weight loss is gradual so that it will be a sustainable weight loss. 4.5 lbs down week one! They give you supplements, appetite suppressants and injections to help while you eat less foods . I’m excited to see how this ends..
