  We could not be more happy with service we received at River Oaks. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. We feel like our dog gets the best care each time we take him.

  I woke up one morning to find Banjo paralyzed in his back legs. It came unexpectedly, he’s only five years old and never had any issues before. One day he was good, and then the next he just wasn’t. My mind instantly went straight to the worst case scenario, my heart broke at the thought that this might be something he could never recover from.
  The staff recommended cold laser therapy, and weekly VOMS, which would give him the best chance. Banjo showed progress immediately, and has been steadily progressing since the very first session. The staff has been nothing but compassionate and knowledgeable through the entire process, and I couldn’t be more grateful to River Oaks for them to give my pup the second chance he deserves.

  Went in with my hedgehog while they had the free first visit special. (Don't know if they're still doing that) He was very sick and has since passed away, but they were so sweet and gentle with him. They were understanding of my situation and were willing to work with me to pay for any treatments available that I wanted to try.
  Jennifer at the desk was great. She snuck my appointment in early even though they were busy so that I didn't miss my son getting off of school.

  The staff here are wonderful & so knowledgeable. The doctors are terrific. Best animal hospital!

  My dog had become badly injured. I walked in very shaken up emotionally. The staff were understanding and kind and did all the could to help us. Their compassion and care for my pet spoke volumes. They're true professionals.
