This is hands down the best experience with a storage facility I have ever had in my life. The level of customer service I experienced was so great, it was shocking. The facility was very clean, and someone was always available to answer any questions I had. Thank you again for superior service.

Absolutely fantastic. Manager was incredibly helpful and the safe was wonderful. Went out of their way to help me. The location is easy to get to and VERY clean. Plus, a free moving truck! Could not have asked for a better experience!

The best experience I have ever had with any business. From the first day I contacted the manager Derrick, he provided exceptional service with a thorough explanation of all of the costs and options that would be provided in order to rent a unit. He was open to negotiating prices and was extremely fair with the final price. The next day I met another worker who was also very kind and accommodating to my needs. The location looked in comparison to a 5 star hotel. I have never seen such an esthetically pleasing storage facility like this one. It is very clean, has art work on the walls, has a sitting area if needed, units are spacious and clean, and the elevators are enormous with high ceilings and great lighting.
I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who desires all that I mentioned.
