It's a Bittersweet day but more sweet than bitter I will say. I pray for the family that has moved in to our much beloved, and missed, old family home. May they find joy, peace, comfort and all the things we found living in that beautiful home. May God you folks abundantly for all you have done, you've been an absolute blessing to my family. This could have just been a dry business relationship ,however, you ladies  were sure to give it that human and Tender Touch to make it feel less business and we appreciate it more than words. You came into our lives at a very difficult season and you alleviated a lot of that stress by working with us and by making us feel part of the process of moving on. God bless these ladies and this company. I will be sure to reach out when we're ready to buy a home again----in the future Lord willing.

This was such a smooth and stress free process!! Kimberlee and her team are hands down THE BEST in the business. They are prompt in answering calls & emails and early for appointments. My fiance passed away and I thought I was stuck with a property I did not want nor could afford on my own. I have worked with Kimberlee Frank for years on countless real estate transactions since 2007. On the first houses, she helped me immensely when I was struggling with my rentals and had no clue what I was doing.

I have referred several clients to her over the years wherein she completed successful short sales and spared them from foreclosure and owing the banks any money (deficiency judgments were waived) after she sold their house for them.

She has helped me buy many, many investment properties over the years that I could not have closed on my own.

Her in depth knowledge of the “creative parts” of real estate benefits ALL parties. Even buyers, that she was not even representing… she has helped them and their Realtors and Lenders to overcome major hurdles with her mortgage and transaction knowledge.

Most of the properties I buy have major problems such as liens (as high as $120,000 which was more than the house was worth), probates, pre-foreclosure and even sinkholes. She’s worked with me on all of these to make them successful deals.
