  Exceptional yoga community. The physical space is clean, gorgeously decorated, and filled with both natural sunlight and positive energy from instructors and fellow students. All classes are hot power yoga (with one yin and one beginner class per week) however instructors offer options for various levels of practitioners so that all poses are possible for all people. The infrared heat above is especially healthy: it heats the student, not the air. You leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, and inspired. There is truly nowhere like it that I have experienced: it's more than a yoga studio, it's a home.

  We’ve been regulars at Urban Om for approximately one year and Lori and her studio are exceptional each and every time. Lori has a special way that makes every one who walks into her studio feel warm and welcome. Her teaching style and upbeat demeanor have us coming back for more every time. She walks her class through the postures while reassuring us that we are to do only what our bodies allow. The music, the positive vibes, the padded floor, the heat, the instructors, the guidance and finally the encouragement throughout are always right on point. We are extremely grateful to Lori and to her wonderful studio for assisting us in centering our minds, bodies and souls.

  I've only come to Urban Ōm Power Yoga for 5 classes. Typically I wouldn't even write a review however, this week has been amazing and I'm beyond impressed with this studio and staff.
  
  So I am a complete novice and had only ever been to a handful of classes at other studios in the past. I hardly know any of the positions or their names. The classes here include all levels but I've never felt uncomfortable or out of place.
  
  The instructors are very helpful and seem to know when and who they can push a little more. I especially appreciate them telling us the most optimal times to breathe. It really helps me tremendously.
  
  Probably most important, is how I feel, both physically and mentally. I have more energy, I'm more focused, my aches from former injuries are drastically reduced, I feel less irritable and stressed, I'm sleeping better and I'm already seeing my body start to tone. I've never experienced seeing any or so many results so quickly.
  
  I'm very excited about my new journey and learning all Urban Ōm Power Yoga can teach me. I really recommend giving their classes a try. It won't be for everyone but what's wonderful is they teach that "it's your yoga" and what's right for me may not be for you and that's OK. Such awesome energy!

  The studio is beautiful, but honestly Lori is an amazing teacher. She guides you through your practice by breaking down poses and building on them. She is encouraging and reminds her students that it's your practice. I always leave feeling full of gratitude. She is truly gifted.

  Our second visit today was even more exceptional than the last. The class is wonderfully warm, the poses as challenging as you would like to make them, and the instruction gentle and loving. I have been looking for a studio like this for many years. We are definitely now planning to be regulars!
