Direct Physical Therapy - Sanford

I am very grateful, and I thank all the staff of Direct PT rehabilitation for helping me feel better from the front desk that very nice and helpful and to all the therapists that very knowledgeable and caring. I was suffering from almost all my muscles are very tight from neck, back, abdomen, hips, and pelvic. My arms and legs were also tingling most of the time especially if I carry heavy things and sit a lot doing my assignments. My back is curve and hard to stay straight. But, now I can stand and walk straight without forcing it hard. And my back and abdomen muscles are relax than before. Lastly, I am very thankful to Dr. Christin for all her help and care. She loosen my tight pelvic floor, straighting my back, and relaxes all my abdomen and back muscles. I wake up and can sit down now without pain and heavyness in my lower abdomen.

Best PT I've ever had! You get amazing one on one time and all of the therapists are super knowledgeable. The whole place is new, clean and has a great atmosphere!
