D M RV

While traveling through to Estes Park we needed to get some work done on our motor home. After being let down by another RV shop who said it would take several weeks to get a part, and estimated it would cost me an arm and a leg, II called D M RV. First the lady who answered the phone was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable about RVs. She asked if I could bring my RV in and she would have one of their techs take a look. Once at there shop I was greeted warmly and friendly. She went over my concerns about the unit and went in the shop and had a tech take a look at it. The tech came in the office after about 15 minutes and stated he could get it fixed with no problem. I asked him how many days it would take as we were on vacation. He told me that if I wanted to go and get a bite to eat with the family he should have it done before we get back. We were gone a little over an hour and when we got back the he and another tech were just finishing up the work. Slider worked great, gas leak taken care of and the cost was a fraction of what I was estimated at the other RV shop. Thanks to all the staff at D M RV for taking such good care of the family and I. And our trip to Estes Park was amazing.
