  love living here is very peaceful and safe. The apartments are nice and the surroundings as well. Kinda feels like a resort when you come into the apartments. Management(Rae) is awesome and they take care of any issues real quick. ???? Totally recomend living here.

  Lived here from 11-2017/11-2018, This was a wonderful place to stay. The ground look good, the neighbors are wonderful and I will always love the ducks. Maintenance was wonderful, was always taken care of the day after submitting a ticket (Unless it was a holiday but of course). Office staff is wonderful! I always get a response from them in a timely manner. We only moved to be closer to where we now work but if we ever need to moved back to the area we will be looking into these apartments again.

  It's great place to live. Its very big and specious community from all you can find in Sanford and LakeMary. Swimming pool is the absolutely best you wont find as big as this swimming pool in any community anywhere. You got great lake-views. And enough parking space for all. Staff is the best you need help with anything they are there yes within 5 min they can stop by to and will fix the stuff. Rent is bit much will cost 1300+ for 2 bed room but still less then others.
