You could have sent me home with no help, but you went out of your way to show kindness. Also sorry if I misspelled your name. The doctors were gone this day, and I needed a prescription. The front medical check-in lady was so helpful. She found a nurse to write my prescription for me so I would have medication. She really went above and beyond. Thank you to the nurse as well :)
