  TO ALL PROSPECTIVE LEASERS: I put up a review a few days ago saying they didn’t know how to run a business. They never saw my review (which I told them I put up because i was very nervous about being homeless). WELL, they called 10 minutes after I posted my bad review with the GOOD news. The place is absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to move in this week. I told them I would remove my “negative” review, but google doesn’t have a way to get it off. PLEASE DISREGARD MY NEGATIVE POST AND I ASK THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY (very nice people) TO WRITE A COMMENT UNDER THAT TO TELL PEOPLE TO SEE MY NEXT REVIEW. I flagged my own review and they “thanked me” for that, and left it up. If anyone knows how to remove a google review, please call the Management here and they will get to me. I certainly don’t want someone not applying because of my review. Because of the government shutdown, and I live out of state now, it takes a bit longer to get criminal reports and all. I will write another review in a couple of months if luck g there and I plan it to be 5 stars again! I DEEPLY APOLOGIZE TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING IF APPLYING AND HASN’T YET BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW. I also apologize to the whole Blake community who does not deserve a dagger in them from my mistakes. I want great neighbors so definitely check this place out.....thanks all.

  Zee is the best person to work with. I highly recommend because she is beyond nice and gets stuff done. Also the apartments are beautiful :)

  I was concerned to try and find a home here being concerned about it being snobbish, only to be pleasantly surprised. Alyssa truly is the nicest and most helpful person we have worked with moving into anyplace in florida.Everyone is very down to earth including the owner and a friendly pup named luna. We have already filled out and cannot wait to join in such a welcoming and homie community. I hope this community never changes!
