Had a great experience for an oil change service. Great staff and customer service. Work was done in a very timely manner and communication was on par. Will be back and will recommend to others.
Benn coming here for years. These guys are always honest. They have taken great care of both our cars. They will tell you what you need without trying to take advantage. They will let you know what might be in need of repair down the road but never a surprise must get.
AMAZING SERVICE kept his word 45 minutes in and out. Manager Shane very professional and car mechanic very nice. Will be back.....
Always have had great luck and great business here! I’ve had a few tires patched at this location (due to construction near my job) and they’ve done them perfect. Other places told me to replace the tire each time but they fixed it here and it was inexpensive. One time the screw broke and didn’t pierce the tire and they let me know and took that out and there was no charge. They could of easily charged me to patch and I would of never known but they didn’t. Because of that I always come back.
I am very impressed by the professionalism and care here at Tire Plus! Right as I stepped inside my first impression was how clean and updated the building was kept up! It has a very inviting atmosphere here!!! For many years I thought Good year was the place to go, but after receiving poor service and no resolvement resolution from Good year corporate I was forced to find a new service for our vehicles! Thankfully I found Tire Plus!! I just wish I would have found them a lot sooner!! As they have already shown to have very high standards. I feel they will be a much better company to do business with. The guys here are willing to work and go out of their way to satisfy their customers.
