Amy is the best therapist in the Jacksonville area! Amazing bedside manners, accessible, and an overall great person, I would recommend her to everyone in need of a therapist. She has changed our family!

I was led to making an appointment with Amy Pope Latham after the tragic murder of my best friend, her two grandchildren ages 8 and 10 as well as my friend’s daughter. I can’t say that the loss is any less acute but Amy has been for me the best therapy for grief. Amy also introduced me to EMDR therapy which helped to heal preexisting trauma.
Amy is intelligent, intuitive and uniquely qualified to walk with her clients through their pain and equipping them to be strong and resilient. I am a very grateful client.

She has helped me tremendously with my anxiety and depression. She listens and challenges me to confront negative and dark thoughts in a positive manner.
