I arrived 1st before my wife. And as soon as I walked in had good vibes. All our needs were met perfectly. Full kitchen comfortable beds clean place to stay. And the view is to die for right on the beach. Standing out on the balcony you can literally feel the sea mist hit you in the face awesome experience! Highly recommended that you stay here.

This is the second year we booked our October FL Palm Coast beach vacation through V-trips. The booking and property management teams were very professional and responsive to our needs. This year, our trip was scheduled ahead, but our arrival date fell 2 days after hurricane Ian. The team communicated with us regarding the condition of the property. We were able to travel as scheduled because of V-trip's quick assessment of the property. They scheduled the pool cleaning for the next day. V-trips staff checked on any needs the next day. The beach home was very clean and the experience both years have been excellent. We'll continue to book through V-trips. The "backyard" view was super with the Atlantic Coast sunrises.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. My family came from NY and I live in Fl when I tell You the place was literally walking distance to the beach. My 12 yr old and my nephew who is the same age enjoyed it. Place was clean and lots of activities to do. They had a game room, cafe and 3 pools to go to. Amazing place to be for a family getaway. The customer service was super nice and responsive when I needed help. I will definitely make this my vacation home
