She puts the customer's needs first and takes the time to make sure that everything is right. Andy takes the time to explain everything to me - In terms that I can understand too! Clark Edwards Insurance company merged with Shapiro Insurance Group years ago and that's when I was introduced to Andy. I have been a customer since 1997. She takes the extra step that most insurance company representatives will not do. When I had to file a claim, she was there for me during the entire process. I would give her a ten star rating if I could!!!
