  Everyone at Optimal You is so kind and welcoming. They genuinely care about their client’s health and they make sure you feel supported on that journey, which is super important because it can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning. Definitely thankful that I chose them to assist with my own healing journey!

  Going to Optimal You is like paying a visit to a family member. There is no rush and no time restriction of how many questions I can ask. Dr. Tommy and Dr. Alexis are super approachable, creative with their work and patient with my child. This is why I drive 30 mins twice a week to be seeing there. After going through different chiropractors, spending a lot of money and not going anywhere with my child’s health; I now feel at ease and confident that I am at the right place and with professionals who truly care. I could have not picked a better place to invest in my child’s health🙌. I highly recommend this practice.

  Dr Thomas Romero has been working with my wife on her stroke recovery for about 2 months. His methods have had a dramatic result in improving her left neglect. Main stream medical and therapy does very little in the area of neuroplasticity. He gives a lot of personal attention to his patients. We greatly appreciate his knowledge and work.

  I was a wreck in the beginning, and this team truly gave me such hope that we weren’t alone in this and reassured me that everything would really be okay soon. They were right. We are only 3 months in but we all have seen a drastic night-and-day change in our 5yr old daughter. She is way more energetic, less reactive/angry, her dark circles are fading, her skin and eyes and hair are just glowing, she’s at a healthy weight now and all of her symptoms that we were terribly concerned with (precocious puberty related issues) have gone down dramatically. Even issues that weren’t associated with the concern we came in for have disappeared! (Like sensory issues, food aversions, snoring, chronic colds, lack of restful sleep, etc. My once insanely picky chicken-nugget child is now eating & loving cauliflower! And hummus! And doesn’t even want sugar!) Everyone who sees her is just in amazement over the change and how lively she is. She is HAPPY again and THRIVING. There are no words.. only a parent will understand just how much it means when your child’s life is saved from disease and pain. This could have gone in such a different way at another doctor’s office.. but instead my girl is healing and her confidence is intact and sky-high, as it should be. We couldn’t of done any of this without Optimal You Wellness Center. They are the most thorough, kindhearted, attentive team I’ve ever worked with!
