Tuffy Auto Services Center

I was a little hesitant bringing my car in to a Tuffy Auto Services Center because I considered it an oil change & minor repair center, but I was very impressed with the service and repair! Everyone I talked to (Brian, Scott & Nick) were professional, friendly. They were not condescending like some repair centers. Excellent experience from start to finish!! I can understand why they are so busy—I’ll definitely return when needed. Thank you for making my life a little easier when faced with a major car repair!

This is a great place to go for all sorts of car repairs. I have been here many times over the last few years and all of the times I have gone it has been a great experience. They are very friendly here and do a great job. My entire family has gone here, it is the go to place.

This is my go too shop. Wife takes care of most routine maintenance here. They are happy to diagnose and give a quote on something I end up fixing on my own. They back up there own work too. Good guys

First visit for one of our vehicles as we are new to the area. We were treated like regular customers. Very impressed with the regular updates on the progress of the repairs. Difficulty locating several parts made this repair a little more complicated. Car was ready as promised and it has now been a week and all seems OK. Thanks to the staff,especially Mr. Baca. We will be repeat customers.

-Posting under a pen name- Had new calipers and rotors installed on my vehicle and they did it in less than 24 hours! Their price was reasonable, and in line with what I found the parts for myself. Such an overly friendly staff, which made the process so much more comforting. Brian and Justin were extremely easy to worth with. Will be going to them again if anything else needs to be fixed on my vehicle.

9.16.19: 2 years later and a new vehicle. Still using the amazing staff at Tuffy! Brian and Keith helped me this time and Keith was my primary contact. He made me feel extremely comfortable with $2900 worth of repairs. My car runs better than ever and I'm fully confident in taking it anywhere. Thanks also to Wayne for reaching out to check if everything went well! There's a reason why everyone recommends Tuffy in St. Johns. They have an awesome group of guys and they run a tight ship!

11.07.20: Another year gone, and another vehicle (wifes). Dealer quoted us at over $1,600 for some wear and tear repairs. Took it to Tuffy (my go-to) for a second opinion. As anticipated, the dealer was overpriced and 1/2 of their evaluations was wrong. Tuffy did an evaluation, diagnosed an oil leak, and fixed the problem for less what the dealer quoted us just for a simple repair. They are busy there for a reason. They do good work! I now drive almost 90 minutes just to use them. 110% recommend.
