I became an agent in 2015 and was seeking a more hands on Broker and office setting after a few years in the industry. Someone recommended Molly Butler to me and I was absolutely sold from the moment I met her. She is brilliant, creative, fun and best of all she genuinely cares about the well being of her agents and clients. Having been in client care for 10 years prior that was key to me. Molly & her managing staff do an excellent job of supporting us and recognizing us INDIVIDUALLY for our hard work which is invaluable. Her culture has been passed throughout the office and agents have no problem helping each other out expecting nothing in return. RE/MAX as a whole has this same mentality and it is just absolutely contagious. Going the the R4 conventions to learn the latest and greatest in our industry while being thanked for our hard work is absolutely priceless. I can't imagine working for any other company!
