Kevin is fantastic - Responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and just generally a nice person! I've had him out to do a post-purchase general purpose check of my first travel trailer & his business card has been on my fridge & in my phone for any issue ever since. Totally worth it to not have to drag my rig to a shop & possibly leave it. Because of the nature of a mobile repair business, don't expect a specific appointment time - But he'll be there when he says he will be & gives notice of arrival as he can. Excellent Business!

The entrance stair on our Class A motorhome stopped working which made it very hard to get in and out of our RV. Kevin showed up on time and with all of his tools ready to go to repair it. Turns out that replacing a stair motor is a tricky job under the coach. Kevin just worked through it a got it done! He couldn’t have been more courteous or professional.
I highly recommend Road Runner repair when you need a great mobile service.

I had a weekend emergency on my camper, and I will say they went above and beyond to help me out. He was super responsive and honest about everything, and didn’t rip my head off for doing a weekend call out like most would try to do I can honestly say me and my family would’ve been in a bad spot if he hadn’t come out. If I could give 10 stars I would’ve!
