Front desk was willing to help resolve gift card issues. Overall experience was outstanding and one of the best costumer services we have experienced in retail.

(April 13, 2022, 6:51 pm)Buyer beware. The prices are regular retail and not outlet prices or bottom prices. Some better sales might be online. Has regular sales, lots of friendly staff. Still got 4 pairs of shoes at $150, so not a real bargain.
