  The staff member that checked me in was friendly and let me know that someone would call for me soon. There was a nice nurse that did call for me soon. She took my vitals and told me Dr. Gassert would be with me soon and he did not leave us waiting. Dr. Gassert was professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and explained the risks. He did not make us feel rushed. It was an excellent first experience.

  Doctor Pineau is an exceptional doctor. I have been a patient of his for a few years now and I wouldn't change for . He really genuinely cares about you. His staff is kind and thorough. The ladies at the front desk a r e very kind and make you feel welcome when you walk into the facility. T h e new facility is beautiful clean and complete because everything is right there together you don't have to go all over town trying to get things done, even though I don't want the procedures I do look forward to having them done there.

  The treatment, the laugh 🤣 and the profesionalismo is apove the expectations. From the momente we got there we were taken care of, my wife does not know English and she was called in Spanish when I was in recovering. The front clerk made everything easy, the paperwork was in order and easy to read, to the point, nothing was left out. Good brain storming👍. Dr Cortez saw mi before and after my procedure, he was very polite and caring. The biggest surprise was the Thank You card given to us that had all the name that treated me, how awesome is that... I will trust them anytime with my care. Keep up the GREAT JOB. God Bless Everyone and This Great Intitution🙏.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Gassert's for many years but this was my first time at the new location. It was amazing! They checked me right in, didn't wait long called me right back for my appointment, Dr. Gassert came in within 7 min. Then right after apt. someone came right in took me out and I was checked out. Wonderful experience, so organized. I liked they had more than 1 person checking people in and out. Very nice setup.

  I am impressed. If you have to go for GI testing, go here. Superior front desk staff, nursing staff and doctor. They left me a thank you card signed by everyone from the front desk to the recovery staff that helped me. Sure wish every medical encounter was like this.
