  Spanish Main Antiques is a “Must Visit” shop if you are in the area. Darrell and Marc were a pleasure to talk with. These guys are a wealth of knowledge. The establishment is a coin, antique shop, and museum all rolled into one. The family and I really enjoyed our time at “Spanish Main Antiques”. Highly recommend you stop by and check them out for yourself. I will definitely stop by every time we visit St Augustine.

  I have had an Atosha coin around my neck basically my whole life and I’ve always wanted another coin. We walk in and received a warm greeting telling us all about the store. Insert Darell, he was incredibly knowledgeable and a please to deal with. He assisted me finding the coin of my dreams and made the process into an unforgettable experience! I will be back for my next coin and many more. Thanks Darell! Note: my wife is now wearing my Atosha coin now lol.

  If you love shipwreck treasure, this is your antique store! Retail blends with museum here, and the gentlemen who run Spanish Main are salvagers and dealers. Coins and jewelry galore, and so much more! Darrell and Marc are knowledgeable about their pieces - many they recovered themselves! They are fun to visit with and I soak up their stories! If you come, I think you'll want to buy, but you'll enjoy simply looking at all the treasures, too!

  This store is a history lovers paradise. I have been buying from Marc and Darrell for a few years now and love going in to the shop to see the new items they have in stock since my last check-in. Coins, artifacts, maps, relics, pictures, etc. They have something for everyone who appreciates history and wants to hold it in the palm of their hand, and then take it home! I could sit there all day listening to their stories and seeing pictures from their various expeditions, its simply fascinating! The clock is already ticking until my next visit, if you're in the St. Augustine area, do yourself a favor and stop in to Spanish Main Antiques!

  10/10 would recommend. I was told about this little gem from another store owner and im really glad I got to look around for the few minutes that I did. We walked in 7 minutes to close just hoping to check the place out and the owner was happy to let us come on in while he closed up. Let me tell you, this is the place to visit if you want to see cool pirate treasures. The pirate treasure museum wishes it had the stuff this place does. I was able to purchase some pirate treasure that came with a certificate of authenticity and a story of how the treasure was found. Really cool place that is definitely worth the visit.
