The Neligan representative contacted us prior to arriving to say when he was going to come by for the appointment. He was on time and very professional. He explained what he was going to do during his examination of our roof. He took his time and he was very thorough. He explained what damage we incurred during the storm. He explained what was needed to do the repair. We were very satisfied with their service.
