    Just completed an install of shutters and blinds in our new home and couldn't be happier. Both Steve, the owner and Jack are top notch. After visiting the showroom, Jack's insight and professionalism helped greatly in making our choices of window treatments. He came to our home to take all the measurements and Steve did the complete install. This blind and shutter business is the best in St Augustine and my wife and I would recommend them highly.

    Highly recommend Ideal Blinds & Shutters! Jack was amazing to work with and did a great job walking me through all the different options. We ordered plantation shutters for our whole house and could not be happier with how they turned out.

    We are very happy with our new shutters. Steve and his staff were very professional and easy to work with and we highly recommend them. They really go the extra mile to make sure your are completely satisfied. They arrive on time and follow up to make sure you are happy with their product and service.

    My wife and I are extremely happy with the quality of both the plantation shutters we had installed and also the customer service! Steve was amazing to work with and when there was an issue...no matter how small, he listened to our concerns and provided solutions that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely do business with Ideal Blinds and Shutters again and we highly recommend them!

    Customer service and installation was top notch. Not to mention, the price was great and the turnaround time for installation was much faster than the competition. Highly recommend!
