Hi everyone, my name is seif Ghanayem and iam a former florida flyers student, i would like to share my experience during florida flyers that was exceptional regarding the professionalism, respectful aircraft fleet, maintenance and a great academic environment that Cap. Refat Amar supplied along side the CEO and academy owner Rainer Silva, also the huge support after finishing my studying period back home in Egypt while converting my license to ICAO from FAA and all the ground schooling to be able to achieve so has been sublime. I would very much recommend this company for new comers and even professional airline pilots who need any career advice or studying or tutoring to not hesitate and definatly choose this respectful company to make all their dreams come true.

I Love FSDB! I've been there since I was 10 and I am glad and I attended and grew up at this school. I'm proud to be a graduate of fsdb with honors and my standard diploma. I would recommend the school to any parents that have a Child who is visually impaired, blind, deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf blind.

Great education for d/Deaf people than any of normal schools. Teachers are really good at teaching deaf students and making an lessons clearer than any of teachers in any normal schools, but some teacher are kinda strict but friendly. Staffs in dorm are really enjoyable and fun to hang out with- even you can make friend with them because they are really sociable than school staffs. However, some higher ranked staffs are also really friendly and sociable too at school.

But the system in school itself are kinda flawed. Some rules are not really needed to be added and enforce but its their decision. The Deaf High School are being depended by staffs a little too much by adding more staffs in lunch room during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drama? Yeah same drama to all of schools, including deaf schools. But most of students are welcomed and introduce to newcomer students which is I really like that way. Also, this school are mainly relies on technologies than old-school equipment; you can get school issued laptop for entire of a school year until last day of school. The announcer bar are typed for deaf people to know current news and updates. Oh one more thing; there are half teachers for deaf schools are actually deaf combined. ASL are very widely used for this huge school, so I don't recommend any hard of hearing who couldn't understand ASL to enroll this school but we always happy to teach you the ASL.

For these comments, I'd give an 4.5 rated for excellent communication and relying on technologies heavily, and great education. I really enjoyed my time with that school. However, they focuses on Deaf education and safety a lot than real world. But on the Blind area- I believe they focuses on the real world situations and independent learning while being blind. However, the "safety" is a little too much. I recommend to move your Deaf children to FSDB BEFORE they start their High School years.

UPDATE: I'm going to warn for NEW STUDENTS, if you guys have an Deaf children going to FSDB before they moved to 2nd grade, your children might be taken to ASL 3 which is too high for any 2nd grades or earlier, according to a witness video. Also, PLEASE REMEMBER, this FSDB does have bullying, cyber bullying, jealously, and drama queens. In my experience, I have ABSOLUTELY no idea why did someone disliked me when I did nothing. Some of them even will just try and destroy your friendships between you and your friends. So be careful.
