MedOne Urgent Care at St. Augustine

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! From the front office staff, to the nurse, to the doctor. They made us feel welcome and they were so sweet with my little one. Everything was very quick and clean. Thank you for helping our little girl get better!

The staff was friendly and attentive! The office waiting room is clean and spacious so you won’t feel like you are seating so close to someone that might be contagious. The room I was in was also spacious and clean. The medical staff in the back asked questions to make sure they knew what my symptoms are and make sure to be treated properly. The wait time was less than about an hour and a half from start to finish, when it’s a walk in it is to be expected. Overall, recommend this place when you can’t get in with your normal provider or visiting from out of town! Thank you MedOne

Unfortunately, I tend to get sick quite often, meaning I have been to more urgent cares than I can count. Without a doubt, visiting MedOne was the best experience I’ve had with any doctors office. So comforting to go in and feel like I was being taken care of and not just another file. They were all so kind, hospitable and helpful! To anyone who is sick and wants to feel at home, go to MedOne!

I was traveling through the St. Augustine area and needed help for a cough that had been hanging on for too long. The staff there was awesome and was able to get me in with little waiting. I received the needed RX to help get me back on the mend as I travel home. All staff was friendly and helpful.
