(November 22, 2022, 4:54 pm)Put in an order for a honey baked ham for my Thanksgiving party on Thursday, unbeknownst to me, one of the attendees already had this covered so I had to call and cancel the order. Nathan was prompt and very professional with the refund. He even sent me a text of the refund receipt. Will definitely come back in the future and actually try it next time simply because of the customer service.
