Murphy Chiropractic Health Center

A little back story- I had never used a Chiropractor before, but I decided it was time when I was pregnant with our fourth child. I chose Murphy Chiropractic based on the reviews of so many of my neighbors and friends.
I have to say; Dr. Jenn is so sweet and made me feel super comfortable during my appointments! I will admit I will never understand how the minor adjustments she made made such a HUGE difference to me, but it did every time!!
In comparison to my three former pregnancies; this last one, which I was the largest ever (and of course I am/was older this go around) was the least painful pregnancy I have had.
I also rarely walked with a "waddle", and when I would start to develop one, it would go away immediately following my visit with Dr. Jenn.
Regarding delivery; this is was the only natural delivery I had! I was able to deliver with no epidural and I completely relate that to being in alignment thanks to Dr. Jenn.
Now that I have delivered, I have a whole new set of pains from slouching over nursing and of course carrying a baby in my arms and/or in a sling. It is a relief to know I can go down the road, see a friendly face and get everything put back into place!

I’m a Military Veteran, I thought this chiropractor care would be the same situation as all my other VA out patient referrals. To my surprise I am noticing a difference and it’s actually helping. The pillow they sell in the office I bought, because I will give everything a try once. I had the worst sleep and neck pain the first night using it, but! After continuous adjustments and using the pillow, my pain and muscle tension is improving.
Highly Recommend checking them out. Husband and wife are good at what they do.

Dr. Murphy is an effective and knowledgeable chiropractor! I've seen a huge improvement in my back pain over the last few weeks and his staff is super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this office!

After years of neck pain from a car accident and lower back and knee pain from advancing age became unbearable I decided to try chiropractic care.

On my first appointment, Dr. Murphy manipulated my neck and I felt it pop back into place. The relief was immediate. After nearly a year my neck still feels like new. What years of MRIs and injections were unable to cure is now a thing of the past.

My lower back and knees were more of a challenge. Over the course of several treatments I could feel the tension in my lower spine improving. As my spine improved it became easier for me to walk and my knees improved. As I continued treatment I could feel the pieces of my lower back shifting and relief from the tension and pain. I'm now nearly free from any discomfort in my back and knees and my walking has returned to normal.

i highly recommend Dr. Murphy. My only regret is I didn't see him sooner.
