  I have 4 bulging discs in my back and was constantly in pain. Ever since I started my back decompressions at Disc Centers of America St Augustine, my pain has decreased. I can move better now. Thank you to Dr Cullum and his staff for your kindness and helping me feel better.

  Dr. Cullum is amazing, he made me feel like family from day one. I would recommend his office to anyone with disc issues. Want to be out of pain, be in an atmosphere of caring, compassionate people. Don't hesitate go see Dr. Cullum, tell him Teresa sent you!!!!

  I have had back & neck problems for years. I've had different treatments over the years, even lower back surgery. Not until my treatments at St. Augustine Disc Center have I had this much relief. There's a variety of treatments & they are pain free. I had the full course & now I'm in the extended time. Also.they have extended that time frame even further. Dr. Cummings & the the office staff are so helpful & courteous. I highly recommed St. Augustine Disc Center.

  I had a 60 lbs object fall onto my head & back and I was in extreme pain. After months of physical therapy, chiropractic care, trigger point injections and steroid shots I still had no relief.
  
  When I found Dr. Cullum, I could not turn my head fully to the left or right because it simply would not rotate. After only 2 cervical treatments, I had the mobility I needed to be able to drive safely. After 10 treatments, I continued to improve after each one.
  
  The Matrix and laser treatments were also life savers for my mid back area which has been difficult for anyone to treat. There are days I would go in at an 8 pain level and walk out at a 2.
  
  The staff is friendly and truly cares about your well-being. Treatment is painless and well worth every penny! Thanks to Dr. Cullum and the staff, you are amazing!!!
