Hearing loss is a serious matter. This is only compounded when you struggle with hearing loss and tinnitus at an early age. The staff at Life Sounds took the time to really listen and understand my concerns. Steven helped reassure me that my condition doesn’t have to be permanent and I left the phone conversation feeling excited about my options.
This is the only place that I will go for hearing aids. My relationship with LifeSounds started out of desperation since I had hearing aids for one of my family members purchased through another provider that stopped working. After calling multiple other audiologists/hearing aid stores, Lifesounds was the only one that would help. They have assisted me multiple times, many times just saying the cost was a referral to anyone in need.
These are the reasons that I trust Frank and Stephen:

2. Genuine Care: They are always friendly and follow up with any request (big or small), they find a way to yes
3. Speed: They are quick to respond, repair, make adjustments
4. Patience: I referred my mother who has dementia and they were extremely patient and repeated instructions
5. Value: There may be cheaper hearing aids out there, but when you factor in the cost of fixing them when things go wrong, Lifesounds is hard to beat. They truly stand behind their products!

I had purchased hearing aids about two years ago from another service. I told the rep that there was a problem with right not matching the left. The rep repeatedly said there was nothing wrong with them. I received an offer from LifeSounds and within minutes Frank was able to correct the problem. Frank took the time to explain the test results and the options in new aids. I canceled my service and new order with the original company and ordered new aids with LifeSounds. Frank continues to provide excellent service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Frank of LifeSounds!
