  Really nice people. The captain made the ride well worth it. We didnt see any alligators but we have fun!

  It’s a cute little slice of nature for when you need a little fresh air. I’ve come here and parked for a quick lunch just to get away for a bit. It was nice to see two otters playing in the water by the boat ramp. It has a frisbee golf course but being so close to the interstate a novice like myself will not attempt that one. Happy to live close to this little spot.

  Not much here. Thats what I liked.
  Their is a simple single lane boat dock, and a small floating dock. EZ pull up and turn about. ...grass parking. ( Not dirt....few appear to use the boat trailer parking area.
  There was only 1 other truck/trailer parked when I arrived...and left 4 hours later.....same one. The main attraction in this park seemed to be the Disk Golf Course. A single picnic table and grill by the docl...perfect. An old Florida 50s concrete cover. No bathrooms that I saw...but hey there are 1000s of trees here.
  
  My purpose of coming was to kayak ....100x driving over it on 275 Interstate...I admired its remote beauty....one day I have to kayak this spot... Shady Brook...even sounds lile a nice paddle. It is.
  
  I started left...under the interstate...and down past Tom and Jerry's Airboat Tours. They run s nice biz. Magnificent cypress over 100yr old lined the banks overflowing into a swamp. After reaching the Panaosoffke....Who can spell it? Lake, I about faced and reteaced my journey in reverse. Saw a Limkin, Little Blue Heron, few turtles...but no gators although I am sure they exist here.
