They were very quick with their quotes and answering all of my questions. We have moved all of our vehicles and our home to State Farm and have better coverage for much less $$$. PS Angie was our agent and she was awesome! Highly recommend her.

Angie Woodruff is the person we work with at Victoria Carosella State Farm. Our first encounter with Angie was while we were helping our daughter purchase her home. Angie reached out to us as we were seeking an Insurance agent. She was able to answer all our questions and helped our daughter to insure her home. Victoria Carosella is the type of woman you want to work with. She helped my wife and me save some money on insurance each month and still keep the same coverage as our previous carriers. Victoria took the time to explain all options and policies in detail and her customer service is impeccable. I spoke briefly with the other two ladies at her office and they were very pleasant and helpful. I just switched insurance from usaa to State Farm because not only did a friend tell me how great they were at handling claims, but also a little research on my part showed that they were pretty much the number one insurance company in every way.
With them, gone are the days of 20 minute hold times and surly agents that only care about their commission and can’t get what you want right, without many more follow up calls, and you getting off those calls wondering, “Now what did I just get? And how does that work?”
The agent I talked to was really nice and friendly, and extremely helpful, as I wasn’t sure what kind of coverage I needed, and instead of trying to sell me the most coverage, she asked pertinent information from me about my situation and suggested an extremely affordable option.
With the amazing customer service I got from them, even if they were the more expensive option, I probably would’ve went with them because of it.
Good customer service is everything and I hope eventually all companies will get that through their head.
Their coverage costs were more reasonable than any other reputable insurance company I researched.
I especially appreciated that they didn’t throw a bunch of terms at me that I didn’t understand because I don’t know the insurance game. She broke it all down for me and I got off that phone call knowing more about insurance that I ever had. There are many options that gave me exactly what I needed and what I didn’t. Thank you State Farm. You have no idea how much stress you just took off my plate.

Angie was very attentive to our needs and was able to transition our auto, homeowners , golf cart and umbrella policies over to State Farm in a short period of time. She followed up quickly with any questions or concerns we had regarding policy coverage and rates. We would and have recommended this agency to anyone looking for bundled coverage.
