  My mother was there for 2 years. Two months in al, the rest in mc. It took a cpl mths to acclimate; for her & for us. After that short period my mother ended up loving her home & loving the staff. While you think no one could do better than you in caring, I'm here to tell you the staff is right up there. There are going to be laundry issues (we did my mother's laundry), cleaning issues, etc., they were quickly corrected. And yes, my mother was known for her "episodes", the staff looked beyond those times & knew what to do. And when my mother recently passed away is when I truly witnessed the love they shared. This is a very tough job for these people & truly only the compassionate, caring people "want" to be there. Thank you to everyone. The very best place when you need it. Great job, guys. I know my mother was loved by you all.💔❤

  Some of my favorite memories are with my grandparents at Sumter senior living. With such a big family we gathered in the public living rooms and would enjoy family games and eating. Thank you Sumter for taking care of them and making it their home!

  I have visited Sumter Senior Living multiple times to visit my in-laws in the Assisted Living. It fills my heart when I walk through and see such compassion the associates have to the residents. We are very pleased with making Sumter Senior Living their home.

  I want to share that this community has a great team! Everyone at Sumter is wonderful and goes above and beyond. During my three year stay here at Sumter, I have had 2 hip replacements and I could not picture myself living anywhere else because of all the support and love your team provided.

  We very much enjoyed the meal, presentation, and the very friendly staff. The residents were very helpful also. Inviting us to your New Years brunch and party was also very nice. We feel that having one or more meals is helpful since eating is a big part of the program. Marsie will let you know later if we can accept your invite to New Year’s eve get together.
