Steak 'n Shake

We had to wait a very long time because they were short staffed ???? but the food was hot and correct, the server was nice but not very attentive. There was only 3 families during our visit & 2 servers, we didn't see her the entire time during the time we ate. We love the food and stop all the time and it's never been like this so of course we'll be back! I'm sure last night was just an off night !

We were shown to a table not long after we arrived. The waitress came and took our orders. Not a long wait for our orders to arrive. Ordered the special and it was very good. Lots of menu items all reasonably priced. This location is nice and clean and has nice staff. I can see us returning.

Good burgers for a chain restaurant.. The milkshake was amazing- we got the ultimate banana with a whole banana instead of flavouring. The downsides were how long it took and how they messed up the order a little. It took a while, not so good for quick stops or "fast food," cooked like the speed of a diner. Our waitress messed up the order a little, and more than made up for it with deductions on the bill. It was great in the end.
