  Laurie took great care of me making sure that I had the opportunity to speak with a mechanic and successfully diagnose the problem over the phone.   So here's the deal. We live 3-4 hours away from Fast Duck Motors and their amazing team. We called them because they were recommended as one of the most knowledgeable Mud Buddy Motor dealers and boat experts by Mud Buddy themselves. And we found this, and more, to be the truth.
  
  Sid is just downright an exceptional human. He truly cares about the sport of duck hunting, and he embraces every customer as family. Whether you are phoning from afar or walking into his door, he gives of his extensive expertise and his passion. He and his wife are instant friends, and I can't wait to meet them one day.
  
  Two weeks before early duck season, Sid happened to have helped someone here in Tallahassee multiple times. That customer never bought anything from Sid, but Sid guided this guy and helped him over the phone. Again, sharing his expertise and his passion. He connected my son and this local Gator Trax boat owner, which resulted in my son buying a 2010 Gator Trax boat of his dreams here in our hometown. All because of Sid.
  
  I cannot say enough about Sid and Laurie's dedication to customer service and to making sure each hunter has what they need to be successful, and to have fun. We will indeed drive to Astor, with boat and Mud Buddy motor in tow, to thank Sid and have a chance to shop at Fast Duck Motors.
  
  After talking to nearly two dozen boat and motor vendors, Sid was hands down the guy who knows his stuff, respects everyone who contacts him, and has so much knowledge about boats, motors and everything in between. His goal isn't to make a sale or get rich--his goal is to help as many hunters because he truly cares. I will always be grateful for Sid connecting my son and a boat owner who were hours away from him. I suspect this is a normal day in the life of Fast Duck Motors, but it makes all the difference.

  Brought my gatortail 37 efi for stage 3 kit. Sid did an awesome job, not only was his workmanship spot on his attention to detail and respect for other people's stuff is fantastic....it was only there for a week and when I picked it up couldn't even tell the motor had been completely rebuilt ...looked like it never had been touched and I'm very particular about my stuff.....Great people and awesome work....Highly Recommend !!!!!
