  I am a Palm Coast, FL area Real Estate agent and have occasion to work with Probate Attorney's for some of my clients. Upchurch Law, and particularly Crystal Lukes (Legal Assistant), could not have been more competent, informative, pleasant to work with and aggressive in pursing a Probate close in a timely fashion.   I am a retired USAF officer and live in Texas, not Florida. Mr. Upchurch handled, what I think was a complicated legal issue in Florida for my wife's family regarding a dispute over probate of a relative's will with outstanding professionalism. He was comprehensive in his research...communicated consistently and clearly with family in Texas and Georgia that he was representing...and ultimately secured us a fair settlement. I was highly impressed with Mr. Upchurch's skills and integrity, and feel very fortunate to have had him as our family's legal representative. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat!

  I hired Attorney Upchurch to represent me in a trust dispute against several of my step siblings who had stolen a substantial amount of trust funds from my dad’s trust. Upon hiring Attorney Upchurch, he quickly obtained the account records, hired a forensic accountant and together they uncovered substantial irregularities contained in the records. Attorney Upchurch immediately sued my step siblings and obtained a substantial recovery. We were well rewarded in placing our trust in Attorney Upchurch and feel very fortunate we had him representing our interests.
