I needed Brooks off and on (mostly on) from 2017 to early 2019. I can not say enough how wonderful, pleasant, and professional EVERYONE was from the office, nurses, and therapists. They helped me so much! I highly recommend Brooks to everyone. LaRae helped me get ready for a big operation that was successful this year. I sincerely thank all of you for improving my quality of life.
My therapist, Melissa and her boss LaRae, were the bomb! In fact, I will request them again for my upcoming surgery! They really cared about my recovery and really helped me tremendously! I have nothing but, praise for them. Some days, they ran late but, it's hard to control other peoples needs and unforeseen traffic issues. I was unable to go anywhere anyway...I understand I'm NOT their only patient! They do their very best though!!!
Working in the medical field myself, I have very high expectations and I will say that my experience with the Brooks staff was excellent and did meet all those expectations. They have a very dedicated team of clinicians who genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend this home care agency to anyone.
It is almost offensive to read some of the negative reviews posted. It clearly looks like former disgruntled employees were writing them out of spite.
