Dr. Butler and staff are absolutely amazing! It is so refreshing to meet a doctor and medical staff that actually listens and cares. Besides being caring and great listening skills, they are fast with communication, getting me scheduled if I need to be seen or calling in a script refill. I had bilateral tubes put in due to Eustachian tube dysfunction by Dr. Butler with zero issues. I have nothing but positive things to say, and I highly recommend Dr. Butler! Top tier specialist (and medical team)!

I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Butler when she diagnosed my salivary gland tumor. Her referral to the skilled surgeon, Dr. Neel, proved to be invaluable. Dr. Butler's compassionate nature and honesty made the entire experience reassuring and positive.

I went to Dr. Butler for problems with nasal polyps and severe sinusitis. I found during many test, that I also had a deviated septum. She put me on medications I didn’t know existed for nasal polyps, prepped me for surgery and corrected all of my problems. I will not say the stents was a cake walk nor was the surgery but I will say she responded quickly to all of my questions and made me feel like she was with me the entire 7 days up to my stent removal.

I have never been in more caring hands by a doctor as knowledgeable as her. She has been amazing and will be my go to person for ENT problems if any exist after this.

You are in great hands with Dr Butler and her entire staff including her nurse Kelly and staff Emily. I love the way each of them take their jobs seriously and openly do the best they can to provide the best care available.
