Christine has an amazing knowledge of the human body and how it works. I have known her for well over a year and she has helped me in many ways... as an ace physical therapist, but also with her extensive knowledge in other areas of the human body and how the human body relates to every day tasks. when confronted with a logistical problem, or a physical challenge, or even a situation that needs a "outside of the box" answer Christine has a marvelous ability not only to problem solve that, but to gently and effectively work with a client to achieve whatever you set out to do. It doesn't matter what I ask her she's always got a helpful, well thought out answer to how we can best do some thing. I owe her a lot!

As a physical therapist, I see a variety of patients for all sorts of reasons. Thanks to the recent COVID 19 pandemic many of my patients have moved from a professional work environment to a work from home setting. Spending many hours working from home on the couch may seem enticing at first, however, it didn’t take long before I started to see an increased number of patients with back and neck pain related to poor posture and poor ergonomic setup. My first recommendation to patients in this situation is to have a workplace assessment with Ergonomic Performance. Christine is able to provide a thorough ergonomic assessment specifically tailored to each individual client. Taking into account each client’s specific goals, Christine is able to make excellent recommendations including optimal workplace setup, equipment recommendations, and specific postural exercises for optimal support and stability. Everyone could benefit from a consultation, not only to resolve current issues and stay pain-free but to prevent issues in the future.
The owner, Christine, has an extensive knowledge of the human body and performance. She used her background in physical therapy and exercise physiology to provide some great exercises to help my daughter with her back pain related to poor posture. Her program is full of practical applications.
I am a senior and have developed many bad ergonomic habits over my 71 years. Some of these bad habits - like my poor posture- have resulted in physical pains. Ergonomic Performers have helped me understand how important seemingly little things are. I am now so much more conscious of ergonomics and am feeling good!
