Travis rescheduled twice to make sure he came when the temp was right for doing a diagnostic. He didn't want to come when it was too cold that way he could do the right job. His honesty earned a lifelong customer.
Also, he probably could have charged me twice as much for the diagnostic. He didn't. He gave me an honest assessment of what I need and don't need. Even told me how to save in the long run.
Travis himself did the servicing. That dude really knows his stuff, and is personable too. Not to mention he's a local. Air Control would get 10 stars if i could.
