(March 23, 2019, 4:08 pm)Justin went above and beyond. We purchased a SVL skid stear and a UTV, he had it delivered to the job site within a few days. We put the order in over the phone, no questions asked he had it there for us to be able to start work. I had a recall issue on a separate piece of Kubota equipment, Justin had the trailer ready to pick it up from me, fixed the problem, dropped it back off with no questions asked. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

(July 2, 2018, 9:45 pm)All I can say is wow!!! I have been a customer at both Tripe D and now Crystal Tractor for approximately 14 years. The sales and service is amazing. Phil (the service manager) is a wizard as he is able to promptly get my equipment serviced every time I drop it off; a minor repair to a major overhaul his wealth of knowledge never seizes to amaze me.
The sales department is better than no other. Slade approves deals that no other dealer in the area would come even close to. I have worked with Rush on multiple occasions purchasing several mowers, pieces of 2-stroke equipment and some heavy machinery. I wish there was a 10 star selection for my dealings with Rush. Rush's product knowledge is better than no other. The guy knows his stuff and thats no joke. Rush was able to tell me about implements that I did not even know existed when I bought a skid steer recently. This team makes a great combination. I would recommend these guys to anyone interested in purchasing some quality equipment at an affordable price. I have sent several family members and close friends to Crystal Tractor and will continue to do so.
