I needed someone who could talk fluent shovel-head and was directed to West End Cycle by 2 different motorcycle dealers. When I got to the shop I found the manager (Ron), easy to talk to and attentive to what I wanted done. I very much liked the time given me, even though I realize time is money, I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door or that there wasn't time for my questions. As far as the shop bill goes...when I saw how much needed to be done on my bike, and both Ron and Will were patient to explain what was wrong and the process needed to repair it, I was DEFINITELY glad I was steered in the right direction. No bamboozle, no trying to sell me parts I didn't need, low labor per hour cost....West End Cycle definitely will see me back again as a customer
