Love this bank everyone is so kind always so helpful fast service even on a Friday I have a car loan boat loan a fixing to apply for a 3rd truck loan at some point and time they might tell me no lol we will see soon thanks launch for all you do
I like this place because they really can help you out with your needs, as far as loans, credit, etc. Launch will go out of there way for you, even with customer service.
My husband has been banking here for 15 years and I have been banking here for 9 years and we absolutely love this bank. We have never had a problem with rude staff at any branch we've been to and we've never had a problem with long waits (some wait time is to be expected, especially on a Friday). They have no account minimum requirements or monthly/annual fees and you only need $5 to open your account, which stays in savings until you close your account. When they do major app changes or system upgrades they always inform their members via mail, email, and newsletter so you can prepare for it. We will always be loyal Launch Federal Credit Union members.
