Brandi was so awesome!!! She was so wonderful on the phone and told me she could help me with my phone just bring it on in to the store. It was a phone I bought from another store and there were some issues. I won't go into details. Cricket needs to give her a store. She would be a great manager. Wonderful customer service. Out of all the phone services I've ever had , the best customer service comes from this particular Cricket. Staff member Brandi, is always looking out for my best interest when I come in. She's helped me get my bill down and also helped me get a great phone at a price that I could afford recently. She's always friendly and can multitask like a champ! (Great artist too). I wish I knew the other staff members names because they're all really nice and helpful too.
