On Call

On Call is a great and trust worthy mechanic. We were in New Symrna on vacation from NC over the Christmas holiday when we experienced power steering issues on our chevy 2500 HD truck. Keifer quickly diagnosed the issues and repaired the truck. We at first thought it was the power steering pump but Keifer found that it was a cheaper part that had rusted and failed. I would use him again anytime without hesitation. Our experience with On Call is a testimony to the fact that Good hard working people still exist in the world. Had an issue with my Prius that needed fixing ASAP in order to make it road worthy again. Issue was fixed in about 10 minutes. Great service all around.

I can't say enough good things about Kiefer and his service. I was looking to address a few issues with my 2000 Jeep Cherokee, namely rear end vibration, fuel injector replacement and changing transmission fluids.

He came out to my home on time, assessed my issues found a few others and proceeded to address them all. He called around to find the needed parts and went to pick them up the aame day to install them! He didn't even charge for that time and gas (but I made sure I he paid for that).

If I ever have any future repair needs I'm definitely calling him. He was about half the cost of a repair shop, so I honestly can't see why I'd ever go back to dropping my car off for a few days to get fixed when it can happen in my driveway for half the cost.

I have a truck that’s been parked for quite some time with flat tires, a broken shock and several other issues. A buddy came to help me get it running but we were in too deep and couldn’t get it running. He had heard about Kiefer and his On Call mobile service so I gave him a call. He came by that afternoon and diagnosed what needed to be fixed. He fixed the shock and aired up the tires on the spot but one of the tires were no good. He came back the next morning and replaced the tire, installed a new battery, changed oil and filter, gave it a tune up and checked/topped off all fluids. My truck runs great and I couldn’t be happier with him and his service. Super nice guy, honest and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend you give him a try rather than getting your vehicle towed $$ to a shop and then who knows what you’ll be charged $$$ because now they have your vehicle. On Call mobile service is the way to go!
