Mullinax Ford

Took my Ford F-150 in for it's regular service. Met with the service manager at the front desk , who waited on me almost immediately. He went over the service details and he offered a free truck wash that was complimentary. The service I received was referred to as "THE WORKS" . I asked how long the service would take and he replied about 1 hour. Taking my vehicle back to where I purchased it was so convenient because all my information is in their data base. I am confident to take it back to Ford because I know the fluids used in my vehicle are the correct ones as per Ford recommendation. The bottom line is that my truck was ready in 45 minutes. The best part was the price. Compared to the competition Ford has the best price for service through their Quick Lane and you don't need an appointment. The best experience I've ever had anywhere . Friendly and professional people work there. I was so very pleasantly impressed.

First of all, the entire process when we arrived was unreal, in a great way. Everything was smooth. Finally bought a vehicle with no stress. Unfortunately when we attempted to leave the ck engine light came on and we turned right back in. It was 7:30 at night so all the mechanics were gone so GM on duty asked us to get it checked across the street at the auto arts store. We did and came back with the results. Knock sensor was the culprit. The GM was awesome and said it is not damaging so we can take to our local dealership 2.5 hours away and Mullinax will take care of everything. Man, they were not kidding. Longer story shorter, 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 needs a new engine. Mullinax team spoke with me and offered me to cancel the sale or they will bring me a temporary replacement vehicle, bring my truck to their dealership, replace the motor, include a 6 month warranty and bring it back to my home and pick up the replacement vehicle. They picked my truck up yesterday. I will update when the story continues but as of right now, I hope you all can see that this dealership goes way beyond what is necessary. If I ever buy another vehicle it will be with these folks. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. I am floored.

We bought a car with our daughter and we felt no pressure to buy, Bob was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The paperwork was done in a timely fashion and we were out of there with her new car as very satisfied customers. Would recommend it to anyone if you are looking to purchase a car.

I purchased a new F-250 after going to two different Ram dealerships before I stopped at Mullinax. The staff at Mullinax were the most courteous and professional I have ever dealt with. The amount of inventory on the lot allowed me to pick exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
