  I rarely write reviews. Only when the service provided is exceptionally good or exceptionally poor do I take the time to write a review. Great Ocean Condos delivered exceptional customer service and will get all of my future rental business in the New Smyrna Beach area. We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo managed by GOC for spring break. Upon arrival the unit smelled like smoke and while not filthy was certainly not the cleanest unit we have ever rented. We are not high maintenance but did mention the smoke smell and cleaning issues to the onsite GOC representative upon check-in. GOC immediately offered to have the unit cleaned again. We tried to tough it out for a day but the smoke smell became unbearable. We realize the smoke smell is somewhat out of the control of both the property owner and GOC. If the previous renters smoked there is little that can be done in the few hour cleaning period between rentals to remove the smell of cigarette smoke. However, GOC went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was not ruined. GOC moved us from the smoke filled unit to another property managed by GOC. I’m sure this was not an easy thing to do during the very busy spring break season. The unit they moved us to was much larger and more luxurious than the unit we had rented. I’m sure GOC took a financial hit to move us and make sure our vacation was a good one. Great people at GOC and a great experience!!

  I love LOVE LOVE this beach rental company!!! They treated my family and I with so much respect and they tended to every question we had. Our vacation was very relaxing and we will definitely be returning again soon. I will never use any other beach condo rental company ever again!!

  Great Ocean Condos is one of the few companies left with people that care about delivering service with a human touch and understand that the goal is to deliver a great guest experience. Call them direct and talk to an employee of the management company to book your next stay vs. going through one of the booking engines online and you'll see what I mean. They can make recommendations for you even if the one you saw online isn't the best fit.

  Beautiful condo with fantastic ocean views! Really felt like I was at home on the beach. Owner has thought of everything and this one one of the best vacation stays I have ever had! Booking staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will go back again and again! Wonderful experience all around!

  Great time in New Smyrna Beach. Condo was fantastic. Check in and check out process was smooth and very detailed and thorough. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location and views. Would definitely choose Great Ocean Condos again!!
